Reservations and Payments
- All reservations must be confirmed by advance payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
- According to hosting platforms
Check-in e Check-out
- Check-in is available from 4pm and check-out must be done by 11am.
- Late check-ins or extended check-outs must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Usage Policy
- Guests are expected to keep the premises in good condition and report any damage to the property immediately.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.
Responsibility
- Stay Faial is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay.

Changes to Terms
- Stay Faial reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Early cancellations:
- In accordance with the policies of the hosting platforms
Non-attendance:
- In case of no-show at the accommodation on the check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, without the right to a refund.
Changes to the Reservation:
- Requests to change your reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. To do so, please contact us as far in advance as possible.
Cancellation by Accommodation:
- If, for any reason, Stay Faial needs to cancel your reservation, you'll receive a full refund. Whenever possible, we'll help you find alternative accommodations.
Exceptional cases:
- In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or adverse weather conditions, please contact us. We will review your case individually.
